Worst shoe, would not recommend if you are serious about training

If I could give zero stars I would. These arrived, and at first I was so happy as they look so nice. However, I’ve worn them for a few days of cross country training but they are just SO uncomfortable, heavy, and just not appropriate for training at all. Yesterday I had to stuff leaves into the side of one as they hurt me so much. I then limped 2 miles home. I won’t be able to train now due to the pain they’ve caused in my feet. They have a major design flaw where a bit of hard plastic on the outside of them cuts into the ankle and there’s nothing that can be done about it. They are just so heavy, and make my feet feel clammy. I am so aware I’m wearing them, which is the opposite requirement of good training footwear. They are really awful shoes.

The shoes is really pretty.

I bought this shoes in all white. It's so cute once you put them on. I'm usually a size 7 but the shoes is just a bit big like half a inch or less longer. I order it online so I wouldn't be able to tell you ladies if you should go a half size smaller. One thing I can say though is the shoes are made for narrow feet. I have narrow feet and when I put them on the first time it's sort of snug on the width. But after wearing them at home doing hiit it adjusted to my feet so it's now comfortable. I havent test them yet for running since the gym are close due to the pandemic, I don't think I would have any problem. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. This is my 5th UA sneakers.
