To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I had to return these because they were an 1" too big! I normally wear a 7 in UA and occasionally order up half size for my training shoes...because so much movement during HIIT. This time my plan failed. LOL The 7.5 is enormous! Otherwise, these shoes look to be seriously legit and feel so good on my foot. Of course now the size I need is sold out! :(

Training wise, the stability technology of this shoe is awesome, "locks in your heel, unlocking your foot's forward, backward, and side-to-side potential" is definitely something noticeable during my training.
I'd size up 1/2 a size only because I use these weight lifting and like a little room to my foot but overall a cool sneaker that's great for training and casual wear. The colors are cool and always get compliments.
I bought these a few days ago and they fit perfectly, I do a HIIT style class everyday and have found them so comfy and found they are great for working out in since wearing them. It’s difficult to know what type of shoe is going to right for the type of workout you do especially when buying online but I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I do a lot of cardio, weights etc... during classes on a daily basis and couldn’t have found a better set of trainers. I’d say they are definitely worth the money.
