Returns

 

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your gear for free within 60 days of delivery. We’re unable to offer online exchanges. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however the complete process can take up to 14 days.

You will find a prepaid return label in your package. If you are unable to locate this label, then you can generate one here below. Simply log in to your account or as a guest and follow the steps to print at home.

To reimburse you fully, these conditions must be met:

  • • The gear is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging
  • • The original labels are attached to the clothing
  • • Accessories are returned with all parts included in the original packaging
  • • Shoes are returned in the original shoe box
Please note that electronic products, underwear and face masks can only be returned if found to be defective. If the protective liner of underwear has been removed, the product can’t be returned or replaced for health protection reasons. Please note that full shipping costs, will not be included in the refund, unless the gear was faulty or defective when it arrived.
We can’t reimburse if your gear has been damaged due to negligence, misuse or wear and tear. We can’t refund if the gear wasn’t purchased in our Online Shop or in one of our official stores.
To make your return, just follow these simple steps:

 

1. LOCATE LABEL

Find your prepaid return label in the original package.

2. PACK

Place the item(s) you’d like to return, along with this Delivery Summary, in the original package or a suitable alternative.

We advise you to not merge different orders in one parcel.

3. ATTACH LABEL

Attach the prepaid return label to the package, over or in place of the original delivery label.

Use the returns label connected to your order.

Please note the tracking ID (long number) on this label if you wish to track the progress of your return.

4. POST

If you have used the return label in the box, please take the package to your preferred drop-off location of the carrier mentioned on the return label.

If you have generated the return label from our website, please take the package to your preferred UPS drop-off point.

Request your proof of postage.

5. REFUND

Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via email and transfer your refund as soon as possible.

IN STORE RETURNS
It is only possible to return items ordered online via the online returns process.
Any items purchased in a retail store may only be returned to the same store from where the item was purchased.

Have you received my return?
You will receive an email confirming when your return has been processed (up to 14 business days).
Please keep your return receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
It takes up to 14 business days for us to process your return. You will be informed by email when the refund has been issued (please also check your spam box). After receiving this email return confirmation, it may take up to 5 business days to receive your refund depending on your used payment method. The returns won't be accepted outside of the return period (+60 days) after receiving the product(s).
