To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Very comfortable. Run a little big but not terrible. Would be nice if they were a little wider. Used for a moderate workout, great stability and comfort across all exercises. Would definitely recommend.
A shoe built with purpose, these are super stable and solid for lifting. You can do a few sprints in them, but if you are doing more than that go with a different shoe to run in
This is the best low profile training shoe out. It has an amazing first step in comfort and gives you that feel of being so connected to the floor.
These shoes are great for circuit workouts. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are. They are quite stiff around the body of my foot, which is what I wanted. There's also ample amount of space in the toe box; closer to a dedicated running shoe. I haven't had any major issues going through my two a day workouts. They were wearing on my ankles a bit but that was easily remedied with cuffed socks. All in all...I would definitely recommend them.
Huge fan of this show, unbelievably stable feels solid in all movements I've done from Olympic lifts, to box jumps, to double-unders. On rope climbs, they're the best I've ever used.
